Mortgage lender appoints two new BDMs

“Many more people have complex or specialized credit needs, especially with the rising cost of living and following the pandemic”

Nicola joins TML after almost eight years with Coventry Building Society, including five years in the intermediate mortgage market. His most recent roles included working as a BDM and Business Development Specialist.

Joining TML as BDM for the Home Counties South region, Keith has nearly a decade of industry experience, having previously worked at Pepper Money where he was Director of Regional Development and TSB as BDM.

David Eaves, Head of Sales at TML, said: “We look forward to the addition of Nicola and Keith to the TML team as we continue to build awareness of the business and our specialty lending policy. We look forward to working with them to not only improve relationships with our key accounts in the Midlands and South, but also to work closely with the broker community to see how we can best support them and evolve our proposition. .

Nicola Ashby commented: “TML is unique in its offer, particularly in supporting the self-employed and people with complex incomes. Coming from a more traditional lender, I’m looking forward to learning more about the specialty loan market; an area set to develop in the years to come. The Midlands is also a region where we see many complex revenue streams, and I want to help establish the brand and awareness of TML in the region.

Keith Campsie added: “Many more people have complex or specialized lending needs, especially with the rising cost of living and in the wake of the pandemic, and TML’s real-life approach to lending really resonated with me. I want to support brokers and intermediaries with clients who may not have as many choices readily available from traditional lenders and raise awareness of TML’s expertise in this area.
