Homebot has integrated with Total Expert, a CRM and customer engagement platform for financial institutions. The integration automates client list management, allowing mortgage lenders to streamline delivery of Homebot summaries and immediately build client relationships.

With this new integration, Total Expert contacts can be assigned a unique group, which will automatically upload those contacts to Homebot with their unique loan and home information. Total Expert customers can also use Total Expert’s Journeys feature to automatically upload new contacts into Homebot when those contacts meet specific criteria or reach specific triggers in a Journey. This integration marks the first of two announcements, ultimately aimed at unlocking Homebot’s customer behavioral data in Total Expert’s CRM.
