Pyramid Management Group announces three-year loan extension on Walden Galleria

CHEEKTOWAGA, NY (WKBW) – Pyramid Management Group, owner of the Walden Galleria, announced that it is working with its lenders to extend the Walden Galleria’s loan for three years.

According to Pyramid, “the three-year extension of Walden Galleria’s loans allows Pyramid to continue to reinvest in the mall, ensuring its health, vibrancy and dominant positioning in Western New York.”

The Walden Galleria totals 1.6 million square feet and features more than 200 retailers, nine sit-down restaurants, a food court, and the Regal Cinemas theater. Pyramid Management and its tenants employ over 4,000 people.

“Walden Galleria has emerged from the pandemic maintaining its position as the dominant retail and entertainment destination in the region. The mall’s resilience and strength, along with Pyramid’s ongoing efforts to reinvent, redefine and improve the customer experience, enabled us to successfully extend the loan. We look forward to continuing this success over the next few years and remain committed to ensuring the health, vibrancy and longevity of the center for decades to come. »
