Student loan repayment benefits for civilian workers in 2021

Repayment of a student loan provided by the employer advantages were available for 4% of civilian workers in March 2021. Seven percent of workers in management, professional and related occupations had access to student loan repayment benefits.

For workers with a medium salary in the top 10 percent, 9 percent had access to student loan repayment benefits. Two per cent of workers whose average salary was in the lowest 10 per cent had access to the benefit.
